What success looks like
This build tracks decisions, sequence, pressure, and spillover. It does not give assessment labels or coaching scores.
Primary target
Weighted approval
Approval is weighted by stakeholder importance, not just raw count.
Adoption threshold
Full adopters
You need visible committed supporters, not partial nods.
Time pressure
60 days
Every move consumes time and may trigger new pressure.
Evidence tracked
Every move
Target, action, delta, spillover, and pressure shifts are logged.
Decision logic inside the sim
Adopter timing and profile matching are built into the action model.
Profile styles shape how people respond: Driver, Analyst, Connector, and Guardian.
Adopter category changes timing: Innovators and Early Adopters move first, while Late Majority and Laggards need proof and safety.
Readiness stage changes action fit: Awareness, Interest, Desire, and Action each respond to different moves.
Network map changes spillover: allies can pull others forward, and rivalries can drag adoption back.
Days left
